"We went to the open play time today for the first time. We had so much fun!! What I loved specifically was that there was time set aside just for toddlers (it’s much safer and more fun for little ones), the fact that toddler time was 3 hours long (other places have 50 minute slots which is not nearly enough time) and the price makes it feasible for everyone. "The look on my son's face after he saw the dog bounce house being blown up was pure magic. I called them up at the very last minute (my timing is horrible), but they were professional and very helpful. They made the ordering process easy and cracked a few jokes with me. The employees helping load up the house were very friendly, and one of them even gave my son some cotton candy! I would highly recommend them to any of my friends with children! I will definitely be renting from them again!"

"I have had great experiences with Bounce Around. Most recently I rented a castle during the week. The staff is very kind and flexible. When I received my castle it had some sand in it. When I called, someone came out immediately and cleaned it on the spot. They also sent a gift card for the inconvenience. I love renting from them and will continue doing so!"

They weren't at the shop when we got back because it was the 4th of July...the owner let us drop it off at his house instead of coming back the next day. "The kids loved it. Competitive pricing which was good. My major issue was I did NOT have them deliver and set it up. Everything went fine until I had to return it. Being a single mom of 4; my kids and I could not get it loaded into the back of the truck. It was to heavy(as it had rained the night before). This company has its policies for a reason( of course). When I called to order this, I made sure to ask if I would be able to handle this, the gentleman helping me said "yeah- shouldn't be a problem". well it was a problem. A big one. When I called to inform them I couldn't load it, the lady who answered said my only option was to pay a rather large fee of $85 for them to come get it. Not helpful in my opinion. Future advise for clients: pay to have them deliver, set it up and come get it from the get go....bumped my rating up a star due to owner personally calling me regarding my situations. very much appreciated."

"We had an event with about 100 kids between the ages of 14 and 18 and their adult leaders. The event was a success and the kids loved the inflatables (and the adults too). We had a great time, the Wipeout is obviously a crowd pleaser and the Toxic Drop challenge was well received and looks really impressive once it is set up. When the kids saw that they knew this was not fooling around in a fairy castle. We also had Wrecking Ball. Our fastest boy through the toxic drop was 13.30 seconds and the girl record was 22.35. Typical times were 30 seconds to 1 minute. I got winded just looking at it!  The delivery crew was awesome with a can-do attitude and they bent over backwards to make sure we were set up good and ready to go. It was tight quarters in the park for set-up but they found the spots for these massive games and made it work. They went above and beyond the call of duty and made things worry free for us - absolutely recommended!"
